VISUALISATION NO 1 - PRIVATE ROOM

This is a great technique which I do myself when I feel poorly, have a headache, can´t sleep, stressed out etc.

It´s like triggering your body to release it´s own painkillers before reaching for the medicine cupboard, or it can work alongside the tablets you have to take.

Make sure you are in a quiet room, with no lights on or non at all.

With your mind you are going to imagine that there is a large solid door in front of you which only you have the access. You can work out how you open this door, either by a special key, or finger prints or maybe a secret word, it´s up to you.

When you have opened the door and entered, this is your special room, your own doctor or specialist is waiting for you to help you, you can decide who this is, it could be a loved one from spirit or a medical person.

In your room you will have a chair for you to sit on so that you can speak to your specialist, maybe a table and you will have a bed for you to lie on, even though physically you maybe lying down, this sub-consciously helps your mind to "lie down" too.

On the walls there could be lots of lotions and potions you cannot buy in the real world, these are especially for you.

You can speak to your helper and let them know what is hurting or troubling you, they then will administer the potion that you need.

Visualise actually taking this medicine slowly and imagining that it is going straight to the cause of the pain, you can give it a colour, a taste, a favourite smell if you want.

When you have taken your medication and spoken to the helper of your problems or pain, you will see on one side of the room that there are large glass doors that open up onto your dream place, it could be a desolate beach where the sun always shines, the countryside, the choice is yours. Take yourself out there, lie down on a sun lounge and soak in the sun, let it run through your body whilst you empty your mind of all the things that have stressed you this day.
